Guidelines

• Practical and accurate: clear steps, real examples, and commands or screenshots that work.
• Length: around 800 to 2,000 words. Quality matters more than length.
• Confidentiality: never include your employer's internal names, hostnames, IP addresses, customer data or anything covered by an NDA. Describe scenarios in general terms.
• Links: up to one link to your own LinkedIn or portfolio in your author bio. No paid, affiliate or promotional links.
• Images: use your own screenshots or images you have the right to use.
• Editing: we may edit for clarity, formatting and SEO, and we'll share changes with you before publishing. Techyami decides what gets published.

How it works

1. Send your idea: fill in the guest author application form with 1 to 3 topic ideas, your role and your LinkedIn profile.
2. Write: once a topic is approved, send your draft as a Google Doc or Word file.
3. Review: we review, suggest edits and add images and formatting.
4. Publish: your article goes live with your author profile, and you can share it everywhere.

Please also send a short bio (2 to 3 lines), your expertise areas and a profile photo for your author section.
